This initial session includes a comprehensive review of your health history, current symptoms, and personal wellness goals. We will explore lifestyle habits, nutrition, and emotional, mental, and spiritual health patterns. After your consultation, you will receive a customized lifestyle and herbal protocol. The cost of herbs is not included in the consultation fee.
